At Nabalis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
